【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsforthedesign,manufactureandtestingofsafetyvalvesforcryogenicservice,thatistosayforoperationwithcryogenicfluids(asdefinedinEN1251-1)below-10~Cinadditiontooperationatambienttemperature.ItisarequirementofthisEuropeanStandardthatthevalvescomplywithENISO4126-1orENISO4126-4.Intheeventofdifferentrequirements,therequirementsforcryogenicserviceareapplied.NOTE1Acryogenicfluid(refrigeratedliquefiedgas)isagaswhichispartiallyliquidbecauseofitslowtemperature(includingtotallyevaporatedliquidsandsupercriticalfluids).ThisEuropeanStandardisrestrictedtovalvesnotexceedingasizeofDN100forcategoryB.ThevalvesofcategoryAarelimitedtoDN25andsetpressuresupto40bars.Bothcategoriesaredesignedtorelievesinglephasevapoursorgases.Avalvecanbespecified,constructedandtestedsuchthatitissuitableforusewithmorethanonegasorwithmixturesofgases.NOTE2AllsafetyvalvescoveredinthisEuropeanStandardcorrespondtocategoryIVofPED(Directive97/23/EC)andcategory3ofTPED(Directive99/36/EC).NOTE3ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotprovidemethodsfordeterminingthecapacityofreliefvalve(s)foraparticularcryogenicvessel.SuchmethodsareprovidedinEN13648-3.
