【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthreemethodsforthedeterminationofthevoidcontentoftextileglassreinforcedplasticsorcomposites,ofwhichtheconstituentsareofasolidnature.1MethodA—LossonignitionThismethodisapplicabletocompositesforwhichtheeffectsofthelossonignitiontestonthematerialsareknown.Mostmatrixresinsandtextileglassfibrereinforcementsfallintothisclass.Themethodisnotapplicabletocompositesforwhichtheef-fectsofthelossonignitiontestontheresin,thereinforcement,andanyfillersareunknown.Thismayincludesiliconeresins,whichdonotbumoffcompletely,andfillersconsistingofox-ides,carbonates,etc.,whichmaygainorloseweight.Notethatseparateweightlosstestsonindividualmaterialswillusually,butnotnecessarily,givethesameresultaswhenallthematerialsarecombined.Theaccuracyofthemethodis±2,5%byvolume.2MethodB—MechanicaldieintegrationThismethodisapplicableifthecompositecanbedisintegratedinsuchaway,forexamplebycrushinginapress,thatalltheenclosedvoidsareconnectedwiththeoutsideofthecom-positematerial.Themethodisdestructiveandhaslimitedap-plicationifthematrixmaterialshowsductilebehaviourundercompression,unlessitcanbemademorebrittleinanartificialway(forexamplebycooling).Themethodisespeciallysuitablewhenthedensitiesofthecon-stituentmaterialsarenotknownornotdeterminable.Themethodneglectstheinfluenceofanyvolatileconstituentsthatcouldevaporateduringandafterdisintegration.Inthisconnection,theconditioningshallbechosenwithcare.Themethodalsodoesnottakeintoaccountanycutorexposedvoidsatthesurfaceofthesample.Theaccuracyofthemethodis±1%byvolume.3MethodC—StatisticalcountingThismethodisapplicabletocompositeshavingavoidcontentlessthanorequalto1%byvolume.
