【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedetectionandmeasurementofpartialdischarge(corona)pulsesattheterminalsofaninsulationsystemunderanappliedtestvoltage,includingthedeterminationofpartialdischarge(corona)inceptionandextinctionvoltagesasthetestvoltageisraisedandlowered.Thetestmethodisalsousefulindeterminingquantitiessuchasapparentchargeandpulserepetitionratetogetherwithsuchintegratedquantitiesasaveragecurrent,quadraticrateandpower.Thetestmethodisusefulfortestvoltagesranginginfrequencyfromzero(directvoltage)toapproximately2000Hz.1.2Thetestmethodisdirectlyapplicabletoasimpleinsulationsystemthatcanberepresentedasatwo-terminalcapacitor(1),(2).1.3Thetestmethodisalsoapplicableto(distributedparameter)insulationsystemssuchashigh-voltagecable.Considerationmustbegiventoattenuationandreflectionphenomenainthistypeofsystem.Furtherinformationondistributedparametersystemsofcables,transformers,androtatingmachineswillbefoundinRefs.(1),(2),(3),(4),(5),(6),(7),(8),and(9).(SeeAEICCS5-87,IEEEC57113-1991,IEEEC57124-1991,andIEEE1434-2005.)1.4Thetestmethodcanbeappliedtomulti-terminalinsulationsystems,butatsomelossinaccuracy,especiallywheretheinsulationofinductivewindingsisinvolved.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificprecautionstatementsaregiveninSections8and14.
